Mars At Sunrise

Sunday 29th August – 15.00

An abstract, poetic and impressive account of the two artists Khaled and Eyal. The Palestinian painter Khaled is driven out of his house in East Jerusalem and years later meets the Israeli officer Eyal, who once interrogated and tortured Khaled. His memories come flooding back and so Khaled artfully recounts his past. «Mars at Sunrise» shows how artists try to paint a picture of their reality in times of violence and war
